PRICING YOUR HOME

We take pricing homes very seriously...after all, this can make the difference between a good experience or a bad experience...for all parties involved.  We really take pride in our thoroughness to determine market price for our clients; this takes a mixture of analytics and art. The analytics is comparing recent solds & making adjustments for individual differences.  The art is looking at the nuances of the neighbhorhood and having a good idea of where the market is headed.  We do not "buy listings" by recommending a price higher than we think a house will sell for. Providing accurate and honest information to our clients allows them to make informed decisions and creates a much more successful transaction.

  

SELLING YOUR HOME

Even under the best of circumstances, selling your home can be stressful and emotional.  At M & M we try to take as much anxiety out of the selling process by holding your hand every step of the way.  We start by having our initial meeting.  In this meeting we go over your goals, market conditions, your estimated cost to sell, a review of the key contract points so you know what to expect, a timeline of the process, a to-do-list and most importantly our marketing offering.  Part of our offering is hiring a stager who makes recommendations on things you can do so your house is in the best show condition.  This will allow you to focus only on the things that will make a difference in selling your home.

BUYING A HOME

The home buying process can be very exciting, but it can also be daunting for some buyers.  This is why working with a knowledgeable agent can make all the difference in the world.  At M & M we help prepare all of our buyers by having an initial meeting. In this meeting we go over market conditions, goals, estimated costs to purchase, a review of the contract so you know what decisions need to be made, a timeline of the process and then a to-do list.   We know from experience that preparing our buyers makes for a much better experience and a smooth transaction.
