Michelle was a fantastic realtor. I told her exactly what I was looking for on the phone and what area. 4 days later we viewed 8 different houses, we found the first one we looked at was perfect. Because the asking price was at the top of my budget and we knew there would be other offers, Michelle was great at strategically making us more competitive without bringing more money. She came up with things we could offer that did not give them more money, but made the process easier for them and sold them on me as a buyer. On top of that, because we were at the beginning of the process and I didn’t expect to find something so quick, I needed to get a pre-approval quickly…on a weekend, before I left the country for work. She was able to hook me up with a loan agent who was able to work with me late at night on a Saturday night and speak with me over the phone as I was driving to the airport on Sunday morning.
