5/8 - Saturday Open House
5/11 - Brokers Open

4/26 - Appraisal between 10:00 and 11:00am (lockbox access)

vacate by 9pm with house brooms swept and clear of debris
optional - have house professionally cleaned
leave all keys/garage remotes (buyers have 1 key from settlement)
by 8/4 - Determine disposition of rent back security deposit after buyers' final walk-through inspection

To obtain the $395 PenFed credit you can create a Credit Union account using the following instructions:
go to penfed.org/pfr1
at the bottom right fill int he following info: Mary Gillespie / mary.gillespie@penfedrealty.com
forward your confirmation email to team@maryandmichelle.com so we can ensure your credit is applied
Note: there is no cost to open the account and you can close it anytime after settlement
Please let me know as soon as possible whether or not you will be opening an account.

* Note: Contractually your house and property must be in substantially the same condition as it was on contract date or home inspection date. Upon move-out your minimum contractual obligation is to ensure the home is broom swept and clear of debris.

Bring photo ID's
Bring wiring account info such as a voided check
Provide 1 key to Universal or M&M since you are renting back
Provide one key to M & M to give to settlement company and leave all keys/remotes/instruction manuals at the house

*Note: Sellers do not need to sign on settlement day - you can sign earlier if that's more convenient
