  • 9/8 - 11:00am Five Star Septic

  • 8/8 - time TBD Bell Pump & Well

  • 7/19 - Receive Closing Disclosure 3 days prior to Settlement

  • 7/21 - Wire funds for Settlement to Double Eagle Title

  • 7/22 - Walk-Through Inspection​ (day of or day prior to Settlement)

  • 7/22 - Attend Settlement (see Settlement Details) 

  • 9/17 - 9pm house is available for move-in (unless the Seller vacates early)

  • 9/22 - No later than 9/22 determine the disposition of the Seller's rent back deposit

  • Enroll in PenFed Credit Union & provide Gil with confirmation email

  • Obtain Homeowner's Insurance for a start date of 7/22

  • Obtain utilities for a start date of 9/17 (you may want to wait on this as the Seller could vacate early)

  • Change address (see Change Address section for reminders)

SETTLEMENT DETAILS

7/22 - Settlement (time TBD)

  • ​Settlement location: Double Eagle Title: 6862 Elm St #210, McLean​

  • Settlement will take ~ 1 hour

  • Bring photo ID's

  • If wiring funds, wire them the day prior to settlement otherwise bring a cashier's/certified check

​

* Note:  if one of you cannot make settlement we can get a power of attorney through the title company


* Note:  Since the Seller is renting back you will receive 1 key at Settlement
