  • ~10/26 - Receive preliminary copy of Closing Disclosure with your final numbers (1-2 days prior to settlement)

  • ~10/28 - Walk-Through Inspection (Be Absent)

  • TBD - Attend Settlement (see Settlement Details - can sign early)

  • 11/29 - ​Rentback Deadline 

    • vacate by 9pm with house brooms swept and clear of debris

    • optional - have house professionally cleaned

    • leave all keys/garage remotes (buyers have 1 key from settlement)

  • 3 DAYS AFTER RENTBACK DEADLINE - Determine disposition of rent back security deposit after buyers' final walk-through inspection

10/29 - Settlement with Double Eagle Title (time/date of signing TBD)

  • ​Settlement location:​

    • remote notary online the week of 10/26

  • Settlement will take ~ 20 minutes

  • Have photo ID's ready

  • Have wiring account info ready such as a voided check
